Summary: Moving the EV charging. The chargers are at the front of the hotel in prime parking spaces and guests that do not need to charge are parking in these spaces for the convenience of location. If the chargers are away from the entry, they are less attractive to non EVs to park in. Or, enforce the rules as posted on the signs.
