It two huge tv’s in the space (86 inch, & 55 inch) for dual viewing pleasure. Event space comes equipped with recessed lighting, overhead fans, floor fans, and foosball table. With excellent RIVERFRONT views of the Savannah River, it overlooks a manicured lawn, with beautifully decorated walking paths, equipped with pathway lighting, that leads to a private pier and dock that allows fishing directly off of your own private pier! Enjoy watching Otto the Otter & family of two swimming around your private dock & pier; luxuriate in front row seats to Fireworks that happen directly across the river; wave at the Jet skiers, & riverboats as they pass by.
