You're looking at our "Cozy Condo" located in the northern part of Ocean City, Maryland, a stone's throw from the Delaware line. A fully furnished 1BR condo that was renovated in early 2020. New appliances, new furniture, new paint! Full bath and full kitchen, + washer & dryer.
Plenty of free parking, restaurants in walking distance. Full internet/wifi, Hulu TV. No surcharges except cleaning fee. We're on the bay-side, but you can walk to the beach or drive a few minutes - there's plenty of parking on the north end of town for beach-goers. (GPS says .6 miles, 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk).
This is our private vacation getaway, but when we're not using it, it's YOUR vacation home for a few days! Very relaxing, easy to chill, take a deep breath, and go home refreshed.
Full disclosure - no ocean view, no fancy deck to sit on. Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
