Gorgeous backyard with a large deck perfect for outdoor dinners or simply enjoying the sunshine with a glass of wine. Plenty of parking, washer/dryer and comfy beds. Close to Freemont, grocery stores and just a short five min drive to the airport. 15 min drive to downtown and inner SE neighborhoods. No pets please!
Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
Cats have previous lived in the home. Although the house has been deep cleaned and the carpets have been freshly shampooed, it may not be the best fit for people with severe allergies.
Garage is not available for guest use.
The house has window AC units in the living room and bedroom and stays cool during the hotter summer months.

7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
