The first level of the home offers a bedroom with a queen sized bed, an open living/ kitchen/ dining area and a door that opens to the deck for outside dining and lovely sunset views. The second floor features the primary Bedroom with a king sized bed, 42" flat screen TV, private bath with walk in shower, and a door leading to the upper level deck. On this level is also the third bedroom with two twins and a fourth bedroom with a double bed. Added features such as 2 Flat Screen TVs, WIFI and an enclosed outdoor shower are included. Please note: This house has a strict capacity of no more than 4 adults and 2 children, NO EXCEPTIONS, and a strict parking of no more than 3 vehicles in the driveway (NO EXCEPTIONS). Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
