Built on land acquired from the 11th Duke of Bedford in the 1890's with the intention of housing market traders and their families servicing the world famous and fast expanding Covent Garden Market.
The development has common courtyards and a large landscaped garden.
The original concept of this extremely unique flat was that of a well known restaurant owner who ran several successful and popular eateries in the local area.
