946 is located on 11th fairway of the Ocean Winds Golf Course on Seabrook Island. The Sealoft neighborhood pool is just across the street! A short walk to the boardwalk at the end of Sealoft Villa Drive, leads you to the beautiful Seabrook beach. The villa has two bedrooms downstairs and a loft bedroom upstairs with an extra half bathroom. Three decks offer opportunities to view the activities taking place on the golf course including the wildlife activity. Two and a half bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area complete this beautiful villa. There is a stacked full size washer (HE) and dryer in the laundry closet.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and remodeled bathroom with tile shower, granite countertops and more. Enjoy the sitting area on the deck overlooking the golf course and lagoon just off the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a four poster queen size bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom - which has also been remodeled! Upstairs in the loft are two twin beds and a half bath. Two lounge chairs are on this deck - perfect for catching the sun's rays or gazing up at the stars at night.
This home has some great rental friendly items - beach chairs, beach toys, wagon and umbrellas, coolers, crabbing equipment, boogie boards, floats - for your use! (Bikes no longer available.)

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar, Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except pool access.
This is a beautiful Sealoft! Once you visit Seabrook, you won't want to leave! Please note there are no bikes available for use with this property.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
