The location is perfect for surfing as visitors from all over come to seek the superb conditions just 150m to the beach, so suit family holidays or just to relax and soak up the views or walks. There are plentiful nearby attractions such as Ilfracombe, Croyde Bay, Mortehoe, Saunton Sands. Surf schools and life Guards operate on Woolacombe beach to keep you safe.
The apartment is equipped with LCD TV in both the lounge & bedroom with Freesat. There is a leather sofabed in the lounge (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult), a top spec Kitchen, use of wet room with hot shower & outside wet suit drying space.
The landscaped rear gardens are terraced which rise up to the BBQ areas with other patios that are shared with the other 7 apartments but are sectioned off into private areas with tables & seating with panoramic views over Woolacombe Bay.
