This 1920's home has been beautifully updated boasting a contemporary feel with brand new mid-century inspired furniture (new photos coming soon), while maintaining the classic period details that make it so charming. This fabulous seaside neighborhood has it all!! Guests can enjoy the gracious open floor plan downstairs. Highlights include a mudroom with cubbies, a comfortable sitting area with a TV and a gas fireplace, a new fully appointed cook's kitchen with all new appliances and a separate dining area that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. French doors open up to a small back deck where you will find the perfect spot to steal a quiet moment to read or enjoy your morning coffee. The back yard has been exquisitely landscaped and has additional seating for guests to gather. The second floor offers three bedrooms with closets, all new beds, high quality mattresses, linens and towels and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Additional features include a one-car garage and space for up to 2 cars in the driveway, a lavatory in the basement where the washer and dryer are located as well as high speed internet.
