Four levels of waterfront splendor let your group spread out with ease. Even better, each level has its own living space. Sip hot chocolate around the fireplace in the main floor living area. Pile in for a movie night on plush sectional and bean bag chairs. Mix your favorite cocktail from the wet bar on the beach level, or simply settle in for a novel (or a nap) between trips to the beach. As a custom-built, luxury beach house, all of the furnishings, linens, appliances, and other features at Waters Reach were selected for their quality, comfort, and elegant coastal style.
Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home has a 7-night minimum and rents Friday - Friday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please submit an inquiry with your travel dates so we can provide weekly pricing for your trip.
Cooking & Dining
The fully equipped and stocked kitchen at Waters Reach is a chef's dream. Marble countertops, high-end appliances, and a center island with seating—not to mention that gorgeous lake view!—make this kitchen equally great for hanging out as for cooking. Gather here for morning coffees or hors d'oeuvres after the beach. The adjacent dining area makes serving your creations easy. A second dining table beside the wet bar on the beach level is perfect for both eating and Game Night with the family. Enjoy a waterfront meal without a reservation–or shoes! Your lakefront deck features two dining tables plus extra seating at the bar along with the outdoor kitchen. That's right—we said outdoor kitchen! This expansive cooking space features a gas grill, wet bar, mini-fridge, and plenty of counter space for chopping veggies or prepping fish for the gas grill.
Bed & Bath
Waters Reach has 4 bedrooms, spread out across 2 levels for optimal privacy. On the Mid Level, 2 bedrooms include the stunning Master suite, a Queen-size bedroom, and an additional sleeping area with 3 bunk beds. The Master Suite is nothing less than a dream come true, with its private lakefront balcony, King-size bed, and en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate, glass-enclosed shower. The Queen bedroom on this level has a door to a second full bathroom, which is shared with guests (there's a second door in the hallway) and features a tub/shower combo. On the Upper Level, you'll find another Queen-size bedroom and an Alcove Room with 3 twin beds (one accessed via a ladder). These two bedrooms share a full bath with a shower.
Outdoor Spaces
In addition to its outdoor kitchen and dining, Waters Reach also features a lakefront hot tub (available seasonally—check with us to ensure it will be operational during your stay) and additional seating around a cozy fire pit even closer to the water. Watch the gentle waves of Lake Michigan.
