Welcome to this beautiful home, centrally located on the West Side of Buffalo. Tons of amazing restaurants, breweries, parks, just a short distance to the Harbor Center, Canal Side, and within miles of great museums as well as the Buffalo zoo. Great place to stay during all seasons!
The space
Check in is easy! Will accommodate for early check in, late check out when possible. No contact with host for check in/out as front door and rear door are passcode enabled making it easy for guest to check in and not have to worry about losing a key or sharing with other guests.
Highlights:
2 floors, all updated (house is new built, est in 2015). All the essentials are available including extra bed linens, towels, comforters, blankets, and a washer and dryer are available for guests use.
The space is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, serving platters, toiletries, hair dryer, straightener, curing irons, fresh towels and linens.
Central air throughout home in addition to ceiling fan in all bedrooms.
Off street parking in the back of house for 1-2 cars, street parking available if additional car space is needed.
Centrally located in the city (close to Allentown, Elmwood village, Downtown, KeyBank and Harbor center, Delaware Park, Hertel ave all within 1-5 miles). 25 minute drive to Niagara Falls, 2 miles from Peace Bridge.

Third bedroom with twin bunk beds, a vanity station, a desk with large Mac desktop available for guest use in addition to a printer for those who might have to work a little while on vacation. This room has two air mattress, queen sized and twin sized. Plenty of space to set up an extra mattress in this room. No charge for extra guests!
