Step inside our spacious (1,358 sq ft) 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse at Blind Pass Condominiums, and you'll find a comfortable and convenient open floor plan with plenty of natural light. The first-floor kitchen provides ample granite countertops and is equipped with all the major and minor appliances including an ice-maker, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and coffee grinder. The cabinets are fully provisioned with cookware, dishes and utensils for all of your cooking needs. Beyond the kitchen is a large great room with a breakfast bar and dining/living room area, and a sliding glass door that opens onto a screened lanai with a ceiling fan, table and chairs for casual dining al fresco. The first floor also has a half bath and a laundry area with a washer and dryer plus an iron and ironing board. The living room features a new 50" flat screen to watch your favorite shows using our Direct TV service.
Walk upstairs to the private master suite with its own screened lanai that looks west and offers a long-range view of lush, tropical vegetation and the Gulf. Inside there is a king-sized bed, LCD TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The second floor also has a guest bedroom with two twin XL beds, a large closet, and a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower.
