The Space:
This cozy, one-story unit features an open concept living room dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room off the garage. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances. You will find three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedroom have queen size beds. The bathrooms include a tub/shower combo and include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and fresh linens.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to unit B with the exception of one locked closet. The will access the unit using a Yale smart lock that is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is also Pet Friendly with a fully fenced in backyard. Unit B's driveway offers enough room for two vehicles, with room for one vehicle in the garage. There is room for additional parking on the street to the side of the house but it is limited to availability.

This neighborhood is a family friendly area with many people with young children so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm.

A personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Killeen and Fort Hood by car. Fort Hood Clear Creek gate is only 10 minutes away!
