It has a large opening in the living room with terrace and a small balcony on the kitchen side with open views. The kitchen was refurbished in 2019. The south terrace has an electric blind for naps in the shade. Two deckchairs are at your disposal.
The master bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and overlooks a bathroom with walk-in shower.
In the living room there are 2 90 cm beds (a bed serving as a sofa and a drawer bed).

The residence is very well located in the Saint Jean district, the residential area of La Ciotat. You have direct access (200 m) to the large sandy beach or the small beach of Port Saint Jean, very pleasant in summer and less crowded.
