Our second-floor Bayfront condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with an exceptional direct view of the Intracoastal Waterway.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and Smart TV, providing a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The versatile second bedroom/den features a premium sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and dedicated desk, making it equally useful as a private second sleeping area or a home office for guests who want to stay connected while away.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including cookware, dishes, utensils, full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, coffee maker, and toaster. A convenient pass-through opens the kitchen to the main living area.
Living / Dining area
The adjoining dining area features a table for 4 guests that expands to seat 6, creating an open and comfortable space for meals and entertaining.
The spacious living area offers plenty of seating with a sofa and loveseat—but the real attraction is just beyond : panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Relax after a day at the beach, watch the boats pass by, or keep an eye out for dolphins from the comfort of the living room. The space also includes a TV and Bose Wave radio.

The enclosed waterfront lanai is one of our favorite features of the condo. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide an outstanding, unobstructed view of the Intracoastal. A café table makes this the perfect place to start your morning with coffee, enjoy breakfast overlooking the water, or simply sit back and watch Siesta Key go by.
Convenience for an Extended Stay
The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. You'll also have a dedicated parking space conveniently located at the base of the entry stairs.
Please note that this is a second-floor Garden Villa and requires one flight of exterior stairs to access the unit.
