What a location! This Cape Cod retreat is less than a five-minute walk to the private bayside association beach on Cape Cod Bay, and better yet, has deeded beach rights. So, you and your guests can make a daily habit of hitting the beach and then returning back to the house for a nice outdoor shower, then sunset cocktails on our expansive deck, offering far-reaching vistas of sand and sea.
This beautiful home has large rooms and a spacious open floor plan so that your party will never feel cramped! A large well-equipped kitchen and dining area flow into a spacious living space and den where the whole family can enjoy relaxing and unwinding together after a beautiful day at one of Eastham's many Bay or Ocean beaches.
The first floor features two bedrooms on either side of the home (queen, bunkbed/twin), laundry space, full bath and half bath. The second floor will feature a main room with queen-size bed and fourth bedroom equipped with full and two twin-size beds.
You will most likely spend much of your time lounging on the deck: eat breakfast al fresco dining table that seats six on the deck; or enjoy a good book on one of the lounge chairs resting in yet another designated sitting area on the rooftop deck taking in the views or sunsets of Cape Cod Bay.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Pets Considered, washer/dryer and parking is provided for up to six vehicles in the driveway.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
