The Space:
Unit A: This property has two units with a shared entry hall that leads to both; you are staying in the ground floor unit. Unit 1 is to the right, accessed by a digital keypad. You will enter the living room with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and SmartTV.
Through the living room are the dining room with a table, four chairs, and a bench and the fully-equipped kitchen.
To the left of the dining room are both bedrooms and the bathroom. Both rooms have a queen bed and TV. The bathroom with a shower/tub combination separates both bedrooms.
Unit B: This property has two units with a shared entry hall that leads to both; this is the upstairs unit. The guests will climb the stairs to the front door of Unit 2, accessed with a digital keypad. After entering, the open concept fully-equipped kitchen and dining room with a table with six chairs will greet you.
The living room is to the right of the dining area and has two sofas, an armchair, and a SmartTV.
To the left of the entrance are both bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed and SmartTV, and the bathroom with a shower/tub combination separates both bedrooms.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is on Ocean Drive across from Corpus Christi Bay. Easily walkable to McGee Beach, the hospital, and many restaurants.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a dog friendly home, no cats are allowed in the property. 2 dogs max. Dogs must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $150 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
