Newly renovated, this attractive 3BR/2BA home is the perfect retreat for your Cape Cod vacation. The spacious living area boasts vaulted ceilings, a plush couch, and two armchairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or simply relax and read a book.
The fully equipped kitchen has a complete suite of stainless steel appliances for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. When you’re ready to dine, gather at the six-person table with additional seating space at the peninsula for another three persons.
This single level home sleeps seven guests comfortably in three bedrooms. Find comfort in the spacious main bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, workspace, flat screen TV, and private bath. The second guest room offers a queen bed. Finally, sleep soundly in the third bedroom, which features a full-size bed and twin trundle. A guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination just off the hallway.
The large deck is the perfect place to lounge with a good book. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco among the trees at the six-person table.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
