This 6-bedroom, 4.5 bath home allows you and your guests various spaces to spread out, with a first floor queen bedroom, four bedrooms upstairs, including a large primary suite and an adorable space specifically designed for kids, with a full/twin bunk bed and futon. Two upstairs bedrooms offer the experience of a peaceful sleep on the still and dark river, while waking to the sounds of the ducks and geese. The house can sleep 16 people comfortably.
The main floor bedroom suite is off a lovely large living space with a large kitchen, dining room, sunroom, and den, all with a breath-taking view of the river. The charming, screened porch allows you to enjoy morning coffee in the fresh morning air or an evening beverage in the crisp Maine evening. The sunroom is a great get-away space with the all-around windows providing the perfect reading light.
The basement offers a full bedroom with a walk out to the hot-tub and outdoor shower. The large basement family space has a full-size pool table, 65-inch television, and lots of games to keep everyone entertained.
