Positive: The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and had everything needed and beyond. There was a full kitchen with all appliances, the pool was heated and perfect for a swim. Breakfast was ok, sausages were cold.

Negative: Late at night someone pounded at my door, when asked who is it they didn't say anything, at first I dismissed it as going to the wrong room, again around 3:30 am another loud knock, which woke me up and it was a bit unnerving since it was just me and my 8 year 9ld Granddaughter there. I called the front desk to report what was going on, the person replied with a rude "are you sure"? Like I was making up a story, sure I would call the front desk at 3:30am just to cook a made up occurrence. Front desk said they would check the cameras. Later when checking out I asked if they found out who it was that knocked at such hours, I was told in a rude tone, the cameras were checked and no one knocked at my door and even if there was someone there they couldn't do anything about it. Also there was a woman who screamed outside like she was terrified, which tells me the area of the hotel wasn't the best place. All in all, the staff on the front desk were not very helpful and far from friendly.

Summary: Nice hote but front desk staff not helpful.
