Location, Location, Location! If you are looking for a vacation, with a beautiful condo with two private balconies, a spacious beach across the street, and walking distance from the restaurants, shopping and cocktail bars at Wild Dunes Resort, this is your spot. Unlike other beaches, Wild Dunes is totally private which means no one gets through the gates without a reservation. This allows families to enjoy the expansive beach and walking and biking trails with plenty of space apart from other travelers.

This beautifully renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located in the heart of Wild Dunes in Lagoon Villas. You and your family will be a short 5 minute walk to the beach down an upgraded beach path with a boardwalk and lush greenery. Lagoon Villas is right near the tennis courts and pro shop. At night enjoy a short stroll to the Wild Dunes Boardwalk for an ice cream cone, visit Hudson's Market, have dinner at Coastal Crust or at Sweet Grass Inn or walk to the beach bar for a pina colada.
Inside the condo these owners have spared no expense. A spacious living room and dining area features hardwood floors and a large dining room table seating six. It is perfect for dinner or a family board game as the kitchen has all the tools and appliances you need to cook a meal at home. Four new bar stools pull up to the new granite counter tops for a quick meal on the go, and all this while you enjoy a lush lagoon view with palm trees and a moving stream out of the massive picture window in the family room.
Next the bedrooms are large and each feature a private bathroom, changing area, and private deck with sliding glass door. One bedroom has a king size bed and one bedroom has two queen beds. The bedrooms are each on opposite sides of the family room making it the perfect privacy for parents and kids or two couples traveling together.
Don't worry about missing the big game on TV. We have three brand new smart TVs and new wall mounts!
The private community pool is always quiet and is only for the Lagoon Villa residents. It is a 30 second walk from the front door of the condo! We provide beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach toys for your enjoyment!
Wild Dunes is a private, gated resort on Isle of Palms. A quick 20 minute drive will take you into Historic Charleston, one of the greatest cities in the country. You will not want to leave this little peace of paradise!
