Newly renovated to a high standard this superb beachfront property is ideal for families spending time together but still wanting their own space. With fantastic sea views, beach access, hot tub and garage converted into a games room this place has so much to offer. The house spec is modern with LED light controls in every room, Bluetooth speakers, underfloor heating system and bio ethanol fires.
The space
This fabulous seafront property has tonnes of space !! The ground floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen with New Air Fryer & Coffee Machine and a living area with sofa bed. The garden with direct beach access has outdoor furniture, seating areas, fire pit, hot tub and games room. The first floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a good sized fully equipped kitchen and living area with another sofa bed leading to a sunny sea view balcony with a comfortable seating area. The second floor has an additional bedroom with a superb bath in the window where you can relax and watch the ships pass by! There is parking for one car at the rear of the property and plenty of free on street parking.

This property is professionally managed by Pass the Keys on behalf of Judith, which means guests have access to a 24 hour dedicated support line, professional and thorough cleans between stays, hotel quality linen, bath and hand towels and hotel style toiletries.

Bio Ethanol is chargeable at £30 for 5Litres for the 2 indoor fires or you are welcome to bring your own. Please advise when booking. There will be a house manual available with full operating instructions which you will be sent by email. There will also be a hard copy at the property.
