Gorgeously renovated 2-bedroom 2.5 bath direct oceanfront townhouse. Entering from the second floor for maximum view of the ocean. Plank floors throughout the unit for easy clean up and allergy friendly. The master is furnished with a king bed, and our guest room has a Queen size bed and a pull-out twin size murphy bed. We have three televisions one for each bedroom and one in the living room. The living room is also equipped with a queen-sized sofa sleeper. All stainless-steel appliances give our kitchen a sleek new look. Sit on the couch while you enjoy the view of the ocean for those occasional rainy days. We rent weekly April - August and monthly rates are available for September - March. At Summerhouse, we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts, and four pickle ball courts. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if one should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
