Freshly Painted!! Extremely Clean!This is a wonderful condo and has incredible ocean views. It is a 1 minute walk to the beach! This is a very beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath in an Ocean Front complex! All tile floors, full kitchen with new counters, sink and backsplash tile, new ceiling fans, newer bed and new sleeper sofa, bunk bed, new rugs, newer bedding and pillows, new tower fan in bedroom, new kitchen table and chairs and coffee table, new Keurig and microwave, new hand held shower spray, new lamps, comes with 2 adult beach cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs. This unit has cable TV and high speed internet. There is a elevator to all floors, laundry facility on each floor and a wonderful pool area! There is a boardwalk to the beach that has outdoor shower area to get all the sand back off of you! Sea Side Villas also has a wonderful sun deck with loungers, they offer a very nice BBQ area with grills and picnic tables. Sea Side has some covered parking under the building. This complex is gated and very secure! It is well maintained and beautiful! It is close to everything on South Forest Beach and the Popular Coligny area. Walking distance to the New Celebration Park that just opened!
