This 3 Bedroom, 2 Full bath beach getaway has it all. Start every morning of your beach vacation lounging out on the open deck every morning, and listening to the waves of the ocean. This fully equipped home has just about everything you may need during your day. It is over 1800 square feet with hardwood floors, screened porch and open deck, large windows throughout, great open floor plan, and plenty of seating for the whole family. Brand new siding and outdoor shower were just added to this ocean front home. The entire interior just painted February 2020. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor. There is plenty of storage space for all your things with the the large dresser. It enjoys a big king size bed. The additional two bedrooms are on the second floor, and are just as inviting. They share a full bathroom, and are just as spacious as the master bedroom. One bedroom has bunk beds, and the other has a 2 full beds. This home is in a prime location on the island, and is not far from all the wonderful amenities Harbor Island has to offer. Harbor Island SC is located a mile away from Hunting Island State Park, just off of Highway 21. The island enjoys two miles of pristine white sandy beach. This private gated beach community offers full amenities to all owners. Olympic size pool, volleyball, tennis, fitness center, snack bar, and gift shop. Only thirteen miles east of downtown historic Beaufort. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Harbor Island is a perfect location for a second home or full time beach living. *3% Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change.
