A Note on Ambience: We LOVE our location because it’s close to everything in a lovely, safe, gated neighborhood! Because we are so centrally located, the backyard sits along a busy road. While the lanai is private and lush, you will hear the "hum" of the city hustle and bustle with passing traffic. If you don’t mind a vibrant, "city-vibe" backdrop listening to your favorite music, watching your favorite TV show or sports on your 65" smart outdoor TV while you splash, grill and dine, then you’ll be right at home. However, if your vacation goal is an ultra-quiet Zen-like retreat, the road noise may not be for you…this is not “country quiet”.
