It is a 3 story house with 4,100 sqft of heated & cooled living area with 1,500 sqft of porches & balcony. There are 60" flat panel tvs on every floor with surround sound on the main level and whole home music in main living areas and porches. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 1 bunk room with all bedrooms having views of the lake. House also has gas grill on the main level porch; foosball table on upper level; ice maker (pellet ice!) and pool table on lower level. Enjoy your own private boat house with a swim platform, paddle board, tubes, floats and a Lilly pad.
