There is a comfortable L-shaped sofa in the living space, with a flat-screen TV. For meal times, there is a collapsible dining table which folds away against the wall when not in use. This seats 4. A large kitchen area possesses plenty of countertop space for cooking, and is fitted with all modern conveniences such as an oven and hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

A gorgeous bedroom with luxurious superking-sized bed opposes the french windows leading out to the balcony. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed and made up for an additional 2 guests.
There is a self-contained bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
In the bathroom is a utility cupboard with washing machine and other cleaning products.

Linen, towels, shampoo/shower gel and a haridryer are all provided.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost.

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
