This riverfront home sits at the water's edge in Monte Rio (although beach access is unavailable now). Within a half-mile stroll, you can reach Monte Rio Public Beach, the cafe in town, and the county's favorite ice cream shop. Or, hop in the car to dine out in Guerneville, tour the local wineries, gaze out at the Pacific Ocean in Jenner, or hike the spectacular Pomo Canyon Trail - all within a 10-mile radius.
This home stands apart because of its outstanding outdoor space overlooking the river and redwoods. Entertain effortlessly in the covered outdoor lounge, which includes a gas grill, a TV, cushioned seats around the gas firepit, and such thoughtful details as heat lamps and roll-down shades.
