This home features a main house with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an office, full size kitchen and living room and a back deck for dining, but also has a separate guest garage apartment with two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and full size kitchen.
The main house as you walk in, the office is to the right with a queen size sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. Across the stairs is the living room which leads to the dining room and wraps around into the kitchen on the backside of the house. There is also a half bathroom off the kitchen. As you head up the stairs the laundry room is at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom is to the right with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Across the hall is the third bedroom with a queen size bed, this room shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom that features two twin bunkbeds. The shared bathroom is located in the hall between the two rooms.
Off the back porch of the main house is a nice wooden deck with outdoor seating, and a grill.
Across the yard is the garage apartment. The garage is off limits to the guest, but if you head up the stairs to the apartment, you will enter into the living room and kitchen. On the right you will come across both bedrooms across from each other each with a queen size bed and the shared bathroom in the middle of the hall.

The garage is not available for parking. You are free to park in the driveway behind the gate. This is a partial shared driveway with the neighbor so please do not block their driveway. You are free to park on the street if you need additional parking.
