This is a special place and it’s 3 minutes to Lake Garfield and 12 minutes to Butternut Ski Area! It's a very pretty and comfortable home. High vaulted ceilings with 3 Bedrooms and lots of windows so trees and green are seen from every angle. Peaceful and serene, it will make you happy.
Large master bedroom on main floor with large 2-part private bath with stand-up shower and Jacuzzi tub. 2 upstairs bedrooms (one with queen bed other with daybed - 2 twins). All rooms are nice size with space to move around. Two full baths and an extra half-bathroom - right off the kitchen. Great room with a working cast iron stove and Mitchell gold sectional sofa that looks out on the meadow. The kitchen is well stocked with fiesta ware and large pots and serving dishes. Located on a quiet country road with two porches overlooking garden and meadow. The house has deeded rights to the lakefront including a private dock, swimming dock and kayaks. The popular Monterey Beach is 1 mile down the road. 10 minutes to the Lee outlets, 12 minutes into Great Barrington and 25 minutes to Tanglewood and Lenox and Jacobs Pillow.
