As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $1500. Please note, this waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know asap so we can plan for repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. Rest easy, reporting accidental damage won’t affect your stay, thanks to this coverage!

In some cases, we may require an additional online check-in using our web-based system called Happy Guest. This is to complete, when needed, our special, local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and your choice between a $39 damage waiver (covers stays up to 10 nights, +$2/night after that) or a $1000 security hold (not a security deposit). This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed, if required, and refunds aren't possible if skipped.
