4 Bedroom House in Charlevoix
Welcome to our Pinecone Cabin, 2.5 miles from Downtown Charlevoix!
Located in the Pine Point Community, our cabin was originally a scout cabin, one of three original Pine Point properties and will soon become a favorite Northern Michigan Getaway. The original house was built in 1913 and raised in the late 1990s to add a basement. The garage and breezeway were added in 2020 to include an ADA compatible ramp.
Upon entering our home you will walk through the breezeway to the main level, featuring an updated kitchen, with a coffee bar, Keurig, toaster, microwave, stove and refrigerator.
Spend time with the family either in the gathering room by the fireplace on the main level, or take the spiral staircase down to the lower level and take in a late night movie on our 65" Smart TV while curled up on one of the two twin day beds or from the large couch. There is enough seating for everyone to enjoy a show or play on the area rug.
On the main level you will find 2 Queen bedrooms with access to a main floor bathroom with heated floors and a combination shower and bathtub. One of the bedrooms also has a private vanity sink. Each bedroom also has 32" Smart TV's. There is an additional main floor bedroom off of the dining room with a twin bed and full bath with walk in shower.
The lower level with access via the spiral staircase from the main level or the glass patio doors offers quick access to the large fire pit area outside. It also offers a third Queen bedroom with a large walk-in closet and 32" smart TV. An additional large full bath with a walk-in shower, and the washer and dryer is also available on the lower level.
There is a large yard for the kiddos to play outside while you grill dinner or relax on the patio and enjoy a refreshment. Our community beach and lake access, is a 5-minute walk.

Note: Due to short term rental and use occupancy licensing restrictions - This home has a strict maximum occupancy of 6. The property is flexible for up to 8 if the additional 2 guests are children under 13.
