We offered these room rates to help people be able to afford to travel while having a nice environment around them. The whole house rents for $200 a night and this adds a affordable option.
The home is located in a very central location between the Woodlands, Conroe, and Magnolia. It sits on 6 1/2 acres with a pond. Very quiet and peaceful. You can have a bonfire and sit out by the pond. There are three rooms upstairs which to have tenets. There is a half bath upstairs and a full bathroom. I have construction going on in certain areas of the house, which is why I’m offering a lower rate. It will not affect your comfort. We look forward to giving you our experience. My property have some developing going on but things are coming together and spring is coming around the corner to green it up and bring the flowers. It’s a great place to relax, have a bonfire and sit under the moonlight. I will get your last four digit of your phone number and that will be your front door access code and your room door code. You can message me on here, as I am really fast at responding to a persons needs. The room is being rented at a lower rate because there is still some construction going on. It is not going to affect your stay whatsoever. Some things may not look as aesthetically pleasing, but your patience is appreciated. Again, this is why I have lowered the room, rate.
