Summary: People were all very nice and helpful. What was uncalled for was our arrival on Tuesday and being told that the power would be out at 11:30 for a test. 11:30 is not past many people's bedtime, especially in NY. You should have inconvenienced those having to do the test, rather than all of your paying customers. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. Pitiful planning and very bad message about how much you care about your guests.
