Our Hill Country Hideaway is situated on 1 gorgeous acre with a beautiful country setting but only a few minutes to major highways making it the perfect getaway to enjoy all that Austin and Dripping Springs has to offer! This gorgeous, CLEAN home is surrounded by lovely oak trees and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Close to all of the wineries/distilleries/breweries and wedding venues! Only 15mi to downtown Austin, 25min drive to airport. This beautiful home is remodeled with nice touches and updates throughout.
The real magic of this home is the backyard! We offer lots of nice sitting areas under the oaks and there are twinkly lights in the trees so you can enjoy the outdoors and spacious country environment. There's a propane grill as well.
Inside we offer 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a beautiful bright air conditioned sunroom dining area that overlooks the backyard oaks.
The master bedroom downstairs has a comfy king size gel memory foam bed and barn door leading to a full bathroom that is shared with the family room downstairs and also offers a full size washer and dryer. The upstairs has 2 additional beautiful bedrooms also with a queen memory foam bed in each room. The gorgeous kitchen has all of the amenities you need and the beautiful farmhouse table seats 6 as well as 4 additional bar stools. The sunroom dining area is gorgeous with barn doors leading to the spacious family room offering a 65" smart tv great for watching movies and hanging out together. There's also another deck off the family room with another seating area to give you another view of the backyard.
We also offer a nice living room with fireplace that makes a great cozy reading nook while relaxing by the fireplace.
