Located on the southern tip of Texas and only a quick 20-minute drive to South Padre Island beaches.
The Space:
This property in Laguna Vista near the South Padre Island Golf Community is a spacious three bedroom and 2.5 bath townhouse for families. Five beds, including the sleeper sofa which provides sleeping accommodations for nine people. The TV is cable and streaming on the smart flat screen 65" TV in the family room, as well as the 55" smart TV in the master bedroom. The 32" TV in the bunk bed guest bedroom has streaming capability only. There is Wi-Fi throughout the entire house, and a full-size washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. Off the living room there is a spacious patio with sofa, chairs, and a gas grill. The two car garage has parking available for one car. The other side of the garage is a ping pong table for your family's enjoyment.
The driveway provides two additional parking spots. The kitchen has all stainless steel and electric appliances. All kitchen equipment and utensils are provided. The kitchen has all the small appliances necessary to allow you to prepare your family's favorite meal or mix your favorite drink. Place settings for 9 are included. A guest tablet provides you with information on activities and dining in the area.
A short drive to South Padre Island gets you to all the island activities and beaches
Located in a quiet gated community with access to a newly updated 18-hole PGA golf course open to the public, tennis court, basketball court, fitness room, and a large, heated pool at the club house. You can kayak, paddle board and fish from the private dock. You can bring your own Shallow bottom boat, launch it at the private harbor boat ramp and bring it to the property's pier/dock. While out boating, you can exit the harbor through the marked channel to access the Laguna Madre Bay for fishing or cross the bay for dinner at bay side restaurants. The average water temperature is 65 degrees.
Guest Access:
Downstairs is all large flooring tiles, wood laminate flooring in the bedrooms upstairs. This is a two-level home with master bedroom/bath & large walk-in closet, balcony and bath looking out over the harbor. Two guest bedrooms upstairs share a full bath in the hall. There is a powder room downstairs.
Upon arrival, easily access your home with a keyless secure door code. Your rental will be professionally cleaned for Covid-19 and ready for you to enjoy. You can expect all the comforts of a fine resort hotel, including shampoo, soaps, paper products, with luxury towels and linens.
You can also take a short walk down the boardwalk to our local private harbor heated pool.
***Important information** Wristbands for the pool area will be provided for free, however they must be left at the property upon checkout to avoid an additional $25 fee.

Laguna Vista and South Padre Island are 17 minutes apart without traffic.
Check out a leisurely catamaran cruise on the bay to watch dolphins, go snorkeling or enjoy a dinner cruise. A short drive to South Padre Island gets you to all the island activities and beaches. Local water activities include deep sea fishing, bay fishing, jet skiing, wind surfing and spending beach time playing in the warm gulf water. Scuba diving is popular at the RGV Reef (an artificial reef created as a fish hatchery) as well as the TX Clipper (a ship that was sunk in 2007 to provide another artificial reef).
There is also horseback riding on the beach and it is always fun to visit the water park located on South Padre Island. If you would like to enjoy some of the nature things on the island you can go on a bird walk, or learn about turtle rescues at a turtle learning center located on the island. The Port Isabel lighthouse has been recently renovated and provides spectacular views. The Brownsville Zoo is a fun place and has regular activities for kids or take one of the many dolphin watching boat tours. You can see Space-X launches from our balcony.
Just remember, when heading out to SPI, to leave for before 10am on holiday weekends. The traffic can get heavy on holiday weekends.
