This spacious home (5 bedrooms) with a comfy enclosed porch is roomy enough for lots of fun. Nearby are golfing, tennis, basketball, and a playground. Romping and playing in the grassy side yard creates fun. The beach is within walking distance, but sand conditions vary depending on Mother Nature & the water level.
2 bedrooms & a remodeled bath are on the first floor. 3 bedrooms & a remodeled bath are on the second floor. Large dining room offers seating for all. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils including dishwasher and additional seating for 6 in the breakfast nook. Interior of the house has been repainted for 2022, new photos will be posted in the spring. There is no air conditioning. There are ceiling fans and lots of portable fans.
This is very close to the IN/MI border with close proximity to New Buffalo which has unique shops, restaurants, water sport rentals, additional golf courses, railroad & steam museums,and the 4 Winds casino.
Michigan City (6 mi.)offers museums, mansions, discount shopping, various eateries, a fine arts district, a zoo, seasonal festivals, and the Blue Chip casino. Antiquing is plentiful in all directions.
