Located on the western shore of Seneca Lake just one mile (walking distance) north from the Village of Watkins Glen and just a short quarter-mile’s walk (north) to the Tiki Bar. Near public boat launches, Watkins Glen Gorge State Park, Watkins Glen International Speedway, the Finger Lakes National Forest, and many of the wineries of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. Ideal setting for outdoor activities and all the Finger Lakes has to offer. Landlocked salmon and lake trout have been caught right off the dock! Boat lift available upon request for V-hull boats 17'-21' long for stays of 3 days or longer.

This 2,400 square foot home easily sleeps 8 guests and can handle up to 10 total guests. There are two queen size beds, one full size bed, two twin beds, a two-person trundle bed and a pull-out couch. There is a full bath on each of the first two levels. This home is located on a well-maintained county road and offers off-street parking for four cars.
The main level offers an expansive open concept living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen and panoramic lake views. This year-round home includes all modern amenities including washer, dryer, dishwasher, large screen TV, internet, wifi, air conditioning and a four bottle wine cooler. The home also includes a wood pellet stove, an outdoor gas grill (no tanks necessary), an outdoor fire-pit, an array of outdoor furniture for “over-the-water” dining on the dock and so much more. For train buffs, there is even an occasional slow moving real live freight train (usually with no more than 8 cars) that runs through the property at roughly 5 mph several times per week.
