Welcome to the Cedar/Washington Road duplex! You're located within walking distance to Whole Foods, Target, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, Panera, the Cleveland Heights library, a local playground, and more.

Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and CWRU are around a 10 to 15 minute drive from the duplex.

You have a private entrance for getting into the first floor - either the back or front door entryway. There's a driveway to share with second floor guests as well as a garage covered garage space.

The first floor faces Cedar Road and features a connecting living and dining room. There's a Smart TV with Roku hookup for you to use. High speed WiFi makes perfect for working from home or streaming other devices.

The family style dining room seats 6 people.

The kitchen has all major cookware, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, fridge, and an electric stove. NOTE: No dishwasher.

There are two bedrooms each with their own queen bed and assorted bedroom furniture with closet space. There's also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Washer and dryer located in basement (non coin operated and shared with second floor tenants). New whole-house furnace. AC units provided during the summer.

Flexible with lease terms and open to price negotiation.

Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file.

Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. Contact me for more info.
