Luxurious villa with a private pool at 2.2 km. from the sea

This beautiful and detached villa for 8 persons is located between the sea and a pine forest in the residence Eden Club. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau.
The villa is spread over a slightly rolling terrain, is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of two bedrooms (of which one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the two remaining bedrooms, with each two single beds, two shower rooms and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Eden Club, you can book various villas for six to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €80 per week.
