OUTSIDE: Front yard and side yard are fully fenced and gated and have plenty of room for hanging out, activities and playing with the kids. Chef up a delicious BBQ meal with our grill and enjoy it on the patio with the outdoor dining area.
LIVING ROOM: Hang out in the living room and enjoy the complimentary Netflix and smart TV available. There is a study desk office area in the back of the living room available when work needs to be done.

Located right on the corner of Myrtle and California Ave. this home is centrally located near downtown, local Bakersfield High School and plenty of hospitals. The space offers plenty of room indoors and outdoors. Front yard has tons of space and is fenced off with 2 side yards with more room for activities and hanging out.
There is plenty of free street parking on California Ave. right in front of the home and on the side of the home on Myrtle St.
Home is protected by Blink Camera on the front porch and Noiseaware systems to make sure noise levels are reasonable and no parties. (We're not a stickler on rules but please just be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours) :)
