PERFECT LOCATION TO IT ALL! This property is about 2 blocks from the beach in a quiet residential area. You can walk to the vibrant downtown or the popular beaches. This property also has a large family room with an open floor plan. The bedrooms are split with the master on East side and the 2 quest bedrooms on the West side of the house. The dining table seats 8-10 people for meals or playing cards etc.. There are also two seperate living rooms with large comfy couches and separate TV's.
