Summary: First given a room on the 2nd floor. It was missing the swing latch lock on the door. And it was the 2nd room down from the elevator. We could hear the elevator motor buzzing continuously. We requested a different room. Moved to the 3rd floor, further down the hallway. Much quieter and the latch was intact.
