The crowning jewel is the kitchen, of course, described as “truly Alaskan with a bit of California Redwoods” by the magazine. Made from recycled fixtures and green materials, this iconic space features a steam oven, convection oven, two dishwashers, a Miele cooktop, and an exquisite redwood island.
Upstairs, two well-appointed bedrooms offer plenty of space to unwind - each has an office nook for working and learning remotely. Downstairs, a tranquil sunroom provides additional sleeping space with a sofa that can pull out to a twin or double bed.

THINGS TO KNOW
This home is the upper floor of a tri-plex and there are two additional rentals downstairs that can be rented as well.
The driveway allows for one vehicle per rental and any additional vehicles can be parked on the street easily.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
