This listing is situated central to i-45 highway, i249, i99 and Beltway 8. These give you quick access to anywhere you need to be in Springs-The Woodlands-Houston & its environs.

My home is a 2 story with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms. Office area with chair & desk, shelf and reading light for work/ study and a library/book shelf packed with books and magazines for your reading pleasure and entertainment and some office materials for your use.
The Living space includes a rocking chair set, Settee, Smart TV with 2 remote control each etc. My lovely home has 1 guest toilet at the ground floor with ceramic tile. The entire home has been updated and features beautiful laminate wood floors everywhere with the exception of the bedrooms, which have carpets. There is free WIFI with high speed and Smart flat screen TV's with plugin fire sticks to provide all forms of TV channels / entertainments, videos, music, sports and the News. The family room faces the huge backyard with a wood burning fireplace and its also open to the kitchen. The fully updated kitchen and pantry have everything you need for your stay including gas cook stove, ovens, microwave, blender, food weighing scale-measurements, crock pot, coffee maker, toasters, dish-ware, cutlery, flatware and all small appliances and cookware with an Island table that provides extra shelves and surface area for your use. There is a formal dining room that sits 6, with room for extras, and a laundry room with a high efficiency washer & dryer with clothes hangers for laundry and dishwasher in kitchen area. The bedrooms are all of good size with king size beds, 2- single beds and queen size bed and 2 large bathrooms with dual sinks & large mirror with tub / shower combo. The spacious master en-suite has a carpet with king size bed set & 2-Ottoman fluffy protected, a room mirrored wardrobe, wooden flooring in the large bathrooms and carpeted walk-in organized and compartmentalized closet with clothes hangers, and the toilet has its corner space and the bathroom has a walk-in standing shower separate from the garden-bath tub. All rooms have office sitting arm-type chairs for relaxing. Huge and relaxing fenced gated backyard for privacy, with outdoor furniture dining set with canopy, sitting bench and grill. The stairway leading up to the bedrooms is carpeted. Two King size bed sets, Two single beds with potential to make a king size bed and one queen bed set make up the rooms.

My guests would enjoy highest level purified water. My kitchen has a reverse osmosis alkaline water system installed for use too. There are also 2 of the bedrooms with humidified lamps for interested guests. Communal Pool & Parks are in the vicinity of my home.
I have Exterior Security Cameras and one internal camera that overlooks my library area in the office for safety to protect my guests and belongings. This 1-office area interior camera can be de plugged if guests don't want it, its optional. I have had guests tell me they like it for their safety, reason I have it, otherwise it is handled as per guests request.
Safety features include the exterior front and back door deadbolt lock, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon-monoxide detector, exterior lighting and first Aid Kit.

Hand Sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided.

The Space:
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, family & friends, pleasure and business travelers. I love my cute home and I know you will love it too.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house on arrival. My home is setup with key-less entry via smart lock using a unique key code that is designated to you for the duration of your stay.
There is no guests access to the Garage. The entire home and yard are accessible to guests.

I give my guests space but I am available when needed, provided I am given enough time to enable me get over to you and this includes guests on Instant Booking.
I will be available when needed. I can be reached by direct communication via email/SMS/Call.

I take pleasure in meeting and interacting with different people. However, the interactions is heavily dependent on the guests.

For those guests who love the outdoors, you will have close access to Community Parks & Swimming pool and recreational centers. The nearest community pool is the Falconwing park & pool :
