At the same time, it is conveniently located near 3 major Ski Resorts; Belleayre Ski Center, Hunter Mountain, and Windham Mountain and is only minutes to the town of Phoenicia and short hop to Woodstock and several other quaint local towns for plenty of Antique shops, local craftsmen, craft breweries, rail trails, not to mention the World Largest Kaleidoscope. Of course you have the endless hiking and biking trails, fly fishing, river tubing, and other outdoors activities the Catskills are known for.
