The Space:
**Brand New Remodel** From new bedding, towels, blankets, appliances, kitchen essentials & more. Our space is a paradise.
A stunning renovation of a beautiful 1b/1b suite featuring a full kitchen, full bathroom, and sleeper sofa with storage that makes it easy to set up at pm and put away in the am. The suite is an easy walk to the beach, situated right at the ocean's edge, take advantage of the unbeatable sunrise views and warm weather.
Perfect getaway for couples, small families, or friends who are looking to explore, or just relax by the beach and spend a couple days resetting.
Access to a shared pool & grill at our sister hotel property. Located 4 buildings over; the pool is in the garden of the hotel and the grilling area with multiple picnic tables is on the rooftop terrace with ocean views. Enjoy the beautiful weather, Perfect for watching the sky change as the sunsets.
This haven is just outside of the most "tourist-friendly" part of Fort Lauderdale tucked in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to the water while being minutes to a number of boutique shopping, restaurants on the water, bars, and tourist attractions. We are also next door from Fort Lauderdale's "Central Park" Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.
Fully equipped. Suppling you with toiletries like shampoo, soap, & towels. Kitchen is set up to save money; store food in the fridge, air fryer supplied, along with fresh coffee, cream and sugar.
Guest Access:
Free parking, if you decided to rent a car. Highly recommended. Although Uber and Lyft are readily available and rather inexpensive because everything is close by.
Contactless Keyless Entry. Keys are a thing of the past. Due to COVID, we have created contactless check-in's. We will give you a code for the duration of your stay, making check-in time flexible and losing or misplacing a key -not a thing anymore!
If you still want to be old fashion and speak with someone in person, our front desk receptionist at our sister hotel is 24/7 but again, I'll be a phone call/text away.
Other Things to Note:
We have multiple rooms for rent at 2307 N Ocean, if you are interested in coming with friends and/or family and renting more than one room, please let me know. I can create flyers to send out to friends and family via text or create a FB group chat for family reunion, annual trips, etc.
If you have never hosted a reunion or this will be the first year of an "annual" trip - I can help, I've planned plenty and would love to help with yours.
Also, know our cleaners have intensified cleaning procedures to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly wiped down with disinfectant cleaner.
