**We do allow pets but we do NOT allow pets on any furniture, bedding, blankets or towels. If we see pet hair on any of the items listed you will be charged the full security deposit to replace or clean items that the pet was on.**
Important: We do not allow smoking of any kind in the house. If we suspect smoking in the house you will be asked to leave. If the house smells of smoke when you leave, you will be charged your full security deposit.
Due to the exponential increases of parties’ incidences since COVID-19 restrictions, VRBO countered with a complete global ban on all parties and events hosted in VRBO rentals.
