Completely renovated house, ideally located in the center of the charming village of LIT ET MIXE in the LANDES, 7 km from the Atlantic Ocean (Cap de l'Homy beach).
You will have the chance not to use the car during your whole vacation. Indeed, the proximity of shops, the bike path and the beaches is an essential asset to fully enjoy your stay. In season, if you do not want to pedal or take your vehicle, you can benefit from the free shuttle to the beach, every 20 minutes.

Pretty terraced house of 90 m², on 2 levels, completely renovated in 2014. Air-conditioned, bright house, flooded with sun at any time of the day.
We have taken care to furnish this house with contemporary furniture, which we have married to restored antique furniture, which gives it a crazy charm!
The house is equipped with high speed WIFI internet and reversible air conditioning on the ground floor and upstairs.
Beds are made upon arrival and tea towels, hand towels and beach towels are also provided.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large living room of around 50 m2 comprising: an open kitchen with a central island, a living room and a lounge.

In this same room, a large closet houses the washing machine and the microwave.
In the living room you will find a large table, 8 chairs, as well as a buffet and a jam maker and many frames and mirrors
